About this role

We are seeking an exceptional AI Agent Developer Evangelist to build and nurture relationships with frontier AI developers and shape the future of AI agent development. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of AI agent infrastructure at a massively ambitious scale, backed by industry veterans and technical leaders, NVIDIA Inception, Google for Startups, and Microsoft for Startups.

We're building the foundational infrastructure for the next wave of AI companies, enabling frontier AI developers (many leaving labs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepMind) to build products powered by enormous networks of highly capable next-generation AI agents. As our Developer Evangelist, you'll be the bridge between these technical pioneers and our platform, helping shape both our technology and the broader agent development ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• Build relationships with frontier AI developers and AI infrastructure teams

• Create technical content that showcases advanced agent development patterns

• Develop and share best practices for agent system architecture

• Represent Naptha at technical conferences and AI developer events

• Gather deep technical feedback from the developer community

• Identify emerging patterns and needs in agent development

• Shape our platform's evolution based on developer insights

You're a good fit if you have:

• Deep technical understanding of AI systems and agent architectures

• Experience building developer communities in frontier tech

• Strong technical writing and speaking abilities

• Track record of creating influential technical content

• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts

• Network within the AI development community

• Passion for developer experience and education

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience building AI systems or developer tools

• Track record of technical community building

• Strong technical communication skills

• Experience with AI frameworks and tools

• Understanding of developer platforms and ecosystems

• Public speaking and technical presentation experience
